Path of Life Team

Jeremy Ponds, MS, RDN, LD, IFNCPOwner, CEO
Jeremy has had a passion for nutrition and health for most of his life. From the use of herbs for food and medicine while growing up, to his love for gardening and good food, to his fascination with the science of how food affects our bodies and minds, Jeremy has grown into a passionate advocate for food as medicine. He has witnessed firsthand the power of nutrition and lifestyle in promoting vibrant health. More importantly, Jeremy has walked the road many of his patients have walked with his own personal health journey from post-viral syndrome, chronic fatigue, gut dysfunction and adrenal exhaustion. Out of that blessing, Jeremy uniquely empathizes and understands what many of his clients are walking through.

Jeremy is a student of integrative/functional nutrition, targeted supplementation, herbs and food as medicine, and constantly seeks to build on this training to perfect his craft. This background enables him to more effectively assist clients with difficult health problems, and Jeremy is often able to bridge the gap between traditional and alternative approaches to help clients find the most effective strategy for them.

Jeremy is the proud father of five beautiful girls and one spunky boy (Maggie, Lauren, Hannah, Katelyn, Joshua & Esther), and husband to their incredible mom Karen. When he’s not being a human jungle gym, king of the castle, or referee, Jeremy enjoys gardening, reading, disc golf, ultimate Frisbee, and pretty much anything outdoors. He tries to keep callouses on his hands and skills in his fingers by building things with wood anytime he can, but sadly not as much as he’d like!

Most of all, Jeremy loves his Lord Jesus, the Living God, and through His salvation has found what it means to be loved, and how to really LIVE to love those around him. He is passionate about health because he believes it is God’s heart that we have life and have it abundantly!
